The one-day educational and professional development symposium consist of panel discussions, focused on specific themes, provided by the host Army Command.

"40th Anniversary of the Aviation Branch: Honoring the Past & Transforming for the Future"

 

Scope

This event will include key government, military, and industry professionals as well as senior-level executives from U.S. Army and aviation related systems industry partners. Government and military attendees will include key leaders involved in the research and development, procurement, sustainment, and training processes for U.S. Army Aviation systems.

 

Objective

The Army provides our Nation with the ability to prevent, shape and win in the land domain. Army Aviation is a professional, modernized aviation force focused on our ground forces while generating options for Combatant Commanders in any condition through increased Reach, Protection and Lethality – to win in an ever increasingly complex world. The AUSA Army Aviation Hot Topic provides a forum for professional dialogue among senior Government officials, military leaders and industry executives regarding Army Aviation’s approach to man, equip, train and sustain the current and future Aviation force to meet today’s global commitments and to conduct Multi-Domain Operations in support of the Joint Force of the future.

The AUSA Army Aviation Hot Topic provides a unique opportunity for senior leaders to participate in panel discussions to address doctrinal, materiel, training, and sustainment solutions to prepare agile and adaptive Aviation leaders to win in complex operating environments. Senior leaders will share their thoughts on future aviation requirements, operations, logistics and acquisition to best equip and sustain the future Aviation warfighter in support of ground maneuver of the future. Panel members will also be available for challenging questions from the audience.

  • On-line, pre-registration is available until close of business, Tuesday, 21 February 2023.  On-site registration is available starting at 0745, 23 February 2023.
  • On-site Registration Hours: 0745 – 1500 | 23 February 2023

Acceptable forms of payment are American Express, VISA, MasterCard, or Discover. All attendees should register on-line, and there is no cost for military and government civilian (non-contractor) personnel.  Register early to secure on-line rates!  Refunds will be made for those registrants who cancel in writing prior to close of business, Tuesday, 21 February 2023. No refunds for cancellations after that date.

AUSA does not offer complimentary parking for this event.  There is metered, street parking and garages within a 1-5 minute walk nearby:  Parking near AUSA HQ
